I was grilling last night and had to share what I do to get the most out of my coals. After grilling 8 pork chops, and a packet of veggies, I threw 3 taters wrapped in foil on. I let them go until they were squishy. I let them cool and then threw them in the fridge. Tomorrow they'll be shredded for hashbrowns to either serve with breakfast or dinner. I always try to cook something extra on the grill for another meal. It saves me on energy in the summer. :) Head to Tammy's for more KTT!
