Stretching a crock pot of chili for 6 people.

First I made a huge crock pot of chili on Tuesday for dinner, served with crackers and cheese.

On Wednesday I took the leftovers, added a can of tomatoes (which admittedly, I forgot to add on Tuesday) and macaroni noodles. I also made fried corny corn bread, which left me a half can of corn.

Today for lunch I cooked 3 diced potatoes in chicken broth and tomato soup. After the potatoes were tender I added the half can of corn and the rest of the leftover chili with noodles. It made a nice soup! We ate it with leftover corny cornbread.

The kids didn't complain once about having chili so much and now, the chili is gone!
