I took leftover meatloaf from last night's dinner, crumbled it up and added it to canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, mushrooms and seasonings to make a spaghetti sauce which was very yummy over some noodles.
I made extra sauce and will use it for homemade pizza later in the week and extra noodles which will be used in a soup also.
There's also a leftover corn/cream corn mixture from last night's dinner which I will use in making cornbread cakes to go with our soup. So we'll have 2 lunches made from leftovers, practically free. Gotta love that!
